Bangalow Barber Shop offers a casual family friendly environment to sit back and enjoy the spirit of the time-honoured barber shop traditions of slick classic cuts and straight razor shaves. With 49 years’ combined experience, our barbers are in a league of their own!
The Barbers
Beth
Beth began her career in London, training as a hairdresser with Headmasters and continuing her education through advanced industry training, including the ABC Cutting course at Vidal Sassoon and multiple courses at L’Oréal Headquarters.
Early in her career, Beth’s work earned her wins in both the Christine Saunders Award and the Headmasters’ House of Innovation competition.
After moving to Australia, she found her niche in barbering, working in barbershops across the country before settling in the Northern Rivers. With over a decade in the industry and a background spanning both contemporary hairdressing and traditional barbering, she has since built a loyal local following and made a name for herself as Beth the Barber.
Karl
A legend amongst legends, Karl is always up for a good yarn! Sydney trained and with over 36 years of experience in the industry, he has a strong creative joy for classic and modern man’s hairstyles.
